Fullstack Developer in Bern (80 to 100%)

We are looking for a motivated person for our design team who shares our mindset and wants to help shape our company in the future.

• Our focus is on websites and browser-based applications (web apps) with the SilverStripe CMS and Elixir. We usually take care of the entire process, from conception and planning to UX and UI design and technical implementation.
• We are a well-established team and are happy to share our know-how and experience. At the same time, we also welcome new ideas from outside.
• We consider it a great advantage that we can offer both design and development from a single source. We manage projects efficiently and are able to meet our quality standards in all phases.
• Design has always been deeply rooted in our identity. With us, you will meet developers who understand design and are your allies when it comes to the technical realization of the layout.
• We also regularly enter into collaborations and strengthen other teams with our expertise. This means that you may sometimes work with external developers or support other designers with your experience in digital design.

• In-depth knowledge of PHP, databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), Javascript (React, Alpine.js), CSS (TailwindCSS)
• At least 2 years of experience as a developer
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• A good understanding of design and user experience
• Ability to communicate in English
• Ability to think systemically and ability to plan software projects
